Service Description
Learn more about alignment, pose names, yoga terminology, and explore what yoga looks like in your body. Primarily geared towards those starting their yoga journey, or those wanting to learn more and hone their movement understanding, this class will aim to run through the most common yoga poses and sequences to introduce and build a sustainable and fulfilling practice. Learn about proper alignment and safety. Please bring your own yoga mat and a closed top water bottle. 16+ TO BOOK: PLEASE E-TRANSFER GILLIAN gillianpatricia86@gmail.com OR PAY CASH ON DROP IN. Cancellation Policy
Prepaid classes and absence from classes are non-refundable unless: 1. It is canceled by the studio 2. You are unwell or have been exposed to Covid Class Passes are non-refundable, non-extendable, and non-transferable to other persons. They are subject to limits of time. Please cancel on your end within 2 hours of class so others can fill your spot. Passes are honored until their expiration date. Passes can be extended by the studio only if classes are reduced significantly or canceled.
